Quality control at Crystal Springs Builders consists of several important activities within the overall management of the project. Additionally, we strive to continually update and expand the quality control process, within the organization, in order to adapt to a constantly changing construction environment.

The process begins with pre-qualifying subcontractors and vendors to meet the needs of the project. Checking references and reviewing work experience help ensure subcontractors and vendors can perform adequately.

Throughout the project material submittals are produced for review by appropriate parties for confirmation to specifications. Additionally specification sheets and shop drawings are submitted for review. Our clients find our attention to the construction submittal process to provide unparalleled value to the project through its direct impact on the quality control process.

During construction foreman and superintendents, implement a construction industry standard baseline, to constantly monitor work in progress and notify necessary parties in the event of defective workmanship. Corrections are required to be made in a timely manner so as to not delay the overall project schedule.
